Have you ever been driving, and turned down the music to see better?
Yeah... me too.
I've been blessed with so much goodness the past 18 months and connected with so many amazing souls, my heart is so full.
Sometimes there is so much going on, so much noise, so much 'to do' , ‘should’, and 'busy' to hear or see clearly, I find it's hard to listen to the message from my heart. .... and for me, that is a sign. A sign to reset to true inner self without any lenses, to dig deep and reflect, and recalibrate to the road ahead.
I need to turn down the music in order to see the path ahead better.
I'm pausing melissa rusk yoga virutal offerings (except yoga for cancer) to get back to self. To have time to learn, travel, explore in my own practice, and simply be. To create a sustainable platform to curate future offerings. To explore teaching yoga/meditation in person, as I miss the heartbeat of the room, the collective breath, and the beauty of a shared practice.
Those currently actively enrolled in melissa rusk yoga I look forward to the last few weeks of our collective practice and November Full Moon closing class. I appreciate the support shared since I shared the news to our community.
Those engaged with yoga for cancer program, classes will continue as is.
